Adrian Conway
HEAD STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH

Adrian Conway is the head coach and lead programmer for TTRU. He is a lifelong athlete who's played Division 1 and Professional Arena Football. His passion for fitness brought him to CrossFit, where he's competed at the CrossFit Games and has won CrossFit Games Affiliate Cup three times. Adrian understands the value of focused training with the humility to continue growing and has impacted athletes from 7-year olds to professional athletes. He meets athletes where they are, and calls them to rise. Adrian partners and programs to help anyone Train To Rise Up.

ABOUT US
SHEENA HAMMER
GYMNASTICS COACH
Sheena's passion for fitness began at the tender age of 3 when she embarked on her gymnastics journey. This path led her to secure a full-ride gymnastics scholarship at Southern Utah University, where she competed as an all-around gymnast and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education. Following her collegiate career, Sheena transitioned into teaching high-level gymnastics and working as an esthetician while starting her family.

Her enthusiasm for CrossFit ignited almost instantly when she began classes at CrossFit the Club in the fall of 2011. She went on to qualify for CrossFit Regionals seven years in a row, and in 2014, she placed 7th in the world at the CrossFit Games as part of a team. Since 2020, she has competed as a master, making it to the semifinals each year, with plans to continue competing for as long as possible.

In 2014, Sheena began coaching CrossFit gymnastics and has been a dedicated CrossFit coach ever since. In 2020, she and her husband took over as owners of Ben Lomond CrossFit. Sheena loves helping people improve their health, build confidence, and realize their full potential in a fun and supportive gym environment.

SHEENA HAMMER
GYMNASTICS COACH

CHRIS CLAPIER
PERFORMANCE COACH
Chris helps athletes to gain the confidence needed to improve their athletic ability and improve their performance by maximizing their athletic potential through developing strength, power, coordination, agility, speed, and flexibility with focus on injury prevention, recovery and nutrition. With 12 years of coaching experience, as well as designing and implementing numerous training programs, Chris has worked with athletes at all developmental levels and from many different sport backgrounds–always with an emphasis on the importance of developing the right mindset for success.
