Forge your frame for a year-round beach season.
This program is all about strength adaptations. We use different periodized approaches throughout the year but if you are looking to gain strength then this program is for you. There are cycles that include more volume than others, some that focus more on strength speed then slow strength and some that focus more on hypertrophy. The bottom line is that you will have fun, get gains and train for about an hour each day. Generally our program is 4-5 days of hard training each week (dependent on cycle). To maximize the training in this program you should be sure not to add in too much extra conditioning, prioritize sleep and be in a caloric surplus or maintenance at a minimum.
