Enhanced Strength and Stamina
This program focuses can range from inverted strength, inverted stability to hanging strength, hanging stamina, muscle up strength, muscle up endurance, inverted skills, etc. Each day, no matter the focus, includes a prep/training section, a skills section and also an application/conditioning section.

Coached by Sheena Hammer 

TTRU Gymnastics is coached by Sheena Hammer, who has been training gymnastics since the age of 3. She pursued Division 1 Gymnstics at the Southern Utah University where she received a full-ride scholarship and competed as an "All Around Gymnast" for 4 years.

She found CrossFit in 2011 and since has been a 5x regional athlete and a 2x CrossFit Games qualifier on a team, finishing as high as 7th at the Games. She is an affiliate owner and has been coaching both everyday athletes and advanced athletes in ways to enhance their gymnastics abilities and performance for 8 years.

Once we are confident of the program that best suits you, we begin the work! Our template program will scale with you as you grow with its routines to ensure your progress can be both seen and felt.

As you work through your program, you will be supported through the entire journey. Competitor Elite includes weekly check-ins and video analysis from Coach Conway. You will also have bi-weekly calls with Coach Conway to ensure your mindset, training, recovery, and nutrition needs met.
