This 45 day challenge is meant to help you rise up and feel your best as we head into summer by focusing on consistency, mindful choices, and daily actions that create real change. It's not about perfection–it's about progress that lasts well beyond the season.

Your Daily Prompts:

Sleep - 7 hours minimum

Enrichment - 20 planned minutes of enrichment (reading, prayer, meditation, etc.)
