What You Can Expect

This is an action packed 1 day camp that will educate, inspire and prepare athletes to train and improve going into the 2026 CrossFit season. We will cover 3 main topics in lecture about competition mindset, confidence and battling with setbacks physically and mentally. We will educate on training to optimize time in the gym, scaling, proper emphasis and making adjustments based on day to day recovery. And to close the day we will lecture on “limiters" – how to identify them and enhance them and adjust for them in competition.

The lectures will be placed throughout the day to allow for recovery from the "meat and potatoes" of the camp focus which is skill acquisition, improvement, pacing and olympic weightlifting. The morning will be focused around skills/gymnastics that are emphasized through the competitive online CrossFit season (open and quarters), and the afternoon will be focused around olympic lifts (drills and feedback) and a final workout of the day that will bring everything together in a high intensity environment.

This camp is for athletes from the intermediate level to those who test into the top .5% of the Open or Quarterfinals. Our staff will meet you where you are and push for improvement regardless. In the same way effective classes are programmed for the best and scaled for the rest, we will take care of all who come. So, sign up now! Spots are very limited! We'd love to have you.

Success Stories
★★★★★
“Adrian truly understands that each and every one of us are different athletes with different abilities and skill sets. He helps each athlete to understand their strengths and encourages them to dig into their weaknesses to improve them. What may look like a simple workout always turns into a nice slice of humble pie and leaves you on the ground after the time is up. Adrian’s programming is one of a kind and truly is an art.”

“I have tried several different other CrossFit boxes and gyms and I’ve always found myself going back to Adrian’s programming in some way, shape or form. Adrian knows how to push your limits to improve on multiple skills. Adrian has always stressed the importance of learning the movement and fully executing the movement with lighter weight before attempting heavy weight that wouldn’t build proper form."

"He not only helped me become a fitter human and learn new things, but he helped me to understand the reason why. It helped me as an athlete "buy in'' and completely trust him as a coach. Which gave me the ability to solely focus on myself and my effort."

"As a coach he truly helps me strive to be the best athlete I can be. I juggle being a nurse, wife, mom, and athlete every day. I would never be where I am today without Adrian as my coach."
