​​​​​​​With over 13 years of coaching experience and more than 10,000 hours on the floor, Chans brings a rare combination of expertise, precision, and passion to the TTRU Fitness team.  He excels at developing high-level competitors while also guiding everyday athletes to break through barriers, refine their movement, and transform their lives through training. Sheena’s love for fitness began at the early age of 3 when she started her gymnastics journey. It led her to a full-ride gymnastics scholarship at Southern Utah University where she competed as an all-around gymnast and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education.
