1:1 AND Group Coaching
This is our hybrid program between 1:1 coaching and a general group programming model. This program is for anyone who has competitive aspirations and the time to train. The general outline for the programming is based on the season of the CrossFit Games competition dates. We prime for the Open and peak for the Quarterfinals.

Personalized Plans
Athletes will undergo a 2 week testing period prior to being placed into 1 of 2 live groups. Through testing we will decide whether it is most advantageous for you to be placed in a strength emphasis group or an endurance emphasis group. The strength undergoes more power development for conditioning, neuromuscular speed work and more working sets of strength training.

Dynamic Training & Preparation
This program is LIVE. Which means that during the off season athletes will focus on weakness work at an even higher point of emphasis. During the pre season stages is where we will introduce more traditional CrossFit style training/ conditioning and as we enter the season we will provide several traditional mixed modal pieces each week for both groups.

Precise Programmed Development
The strength undergoes power development for conditioning, neuromuscular speed work and more working sets of strength training. The endurance group focuses on aerobic development, and local muscle endurance to increase overall work capacity and increased self awareness with pacing. Both groups will submit weekly check ins for feedback from a coach as well as get assistance with movement analysis/ feedback on weightlifting, gymnastics or skills and drills.

Adrian Conway is the head coach and lead programmer for TTRU. He is a lifelong athlete who's played Division 1 and Professional Arena Football. His passion for fitness brought him to CrossFit, where he's competed at the CrossFit Games and has won CrossFit Games Affiliate Cup three times.

Adrian understands the value of focused training with the humility to continue growing and has impacted athletes from 7-year olds to professional athletes. He meets athletes where they are, and calls them to rise. Adrian partners and programs to help anyone Train To Rise Up.
